Privacy Policy

If you list a vehicle (sellers):

• Name, mobile number, email address, and emirate
• Vehicle details you provide, including make, model, year, mileage, VIN/chassis number, colour, service history, declared accident history, outstanding finance status, and plate details
• Photographs of your vehicle that you upload
• Your reserve price and pricing expectations
• Records of offers received and sale outcomes

If you register as a dealer:

• Contact name, mobile number, email address, and emirate
• Business name, trade licence number, and uploaded trade licence documentation
• Showroom location
• Your offer activity, accepted offers, and transaction history on the Platform

Automatically collected:

• Device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location
• Pages visited, actions taken, and time spent on the Platform
• Cookies and similar technologies (see section 8)

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

• To operate the Platform: creating listings, running sales, matching sellers with dealers, and enabling offers
• To verify dealers, including checking trade licence validity
• To verify vehicle information, including checking VIN details against publicly available records
• To communicate with you about your listing, your bids, or your account
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes
• To detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and prohibited conduct
• To improve the Platform and understand how it is used
• To comply with legal obligations

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you create an account or submit a form), the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the Platform, and compliance with applicable law.

Between users: when a dealer wins a sale, we share the seller's name and mobile number with that dealer, and the dealer's business name and mobile number with the seller, so the transaction can be completed. Before a sale concludes, dealer identities are shown to sellers only in anonymised form.

Service providers: we use third-party providers for hosting, database services, analytics, and communications. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Authorities: we may disclose data where required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a regulator or law enforcement body.

We do not sell personal data.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with UAE data protection requirements.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements. Listing and transaction records are typically retained for five years. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7), subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Under UAE data protection law you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or request restriction of certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request that your data be transferred to another provider
• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Platform works.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted access to trade licence documents and contact details. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date and, where the changes are significant, notify you directly.
