Dealer Terms

Dealer accounts are invite-only and subject to approval. To be approved you must:

• Hold a valid UAE trade licence permitting motor vehicle trading
• Provide accurate business details and upload a current copy of your trade licence
• Provide a working mobile number for the person authorised to make offers

We may refuse, suspend, or withdraw approval at our discretion. You must notify us if your trade licence lapses, is revoked, or changes.

Your account is for your business only. You must not share access, make offers on behalf of an unapproved third party, or allow another business to use your account.

All offers are binding. By making an offer or a best offer you commit to purchase the vehicle at that amount if the Seller accepts, subject only to clause 4.

Offers are open-ascending with a minimum increment as displayed. A "best offer" is a binding offer the Seller may accept at any time, ending the sale.

You must not:

• Make offers you do not intend to honour
• Make offers to manipulate price, inflate competition, or interfere with another dealer's offers
• Use multiple accounts or coordinate with other dealers to suppress prices
• Retract an accepted offer other than under clause 4

When a Seller accepts your offer, we release the Seller's name and contact details to you. You agree to:

• Contact the Seller within 24 hours
• Inspect, pay for, and collect the vehicle promptly, and in any event within [X] days unless otherwise agreed with the Seller
• Complete RTA transfer requirements lawfully, including any steps needed where the vehicle has outstanding finance
• Pay the Seller in full at the agreed amount

A winning offer is binding on the condition of the vehicle as disclosed in the listing.

You may seek to renegotiate only where the vehicle materially differs from what was declared, for example:

• Undisclosed accident or structural damage
• A mileage discrepancy
• Undisclosed outstanding finance
• A material mechanical fault not stated in the listing

The following are not grounds for renegotiation:

• Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated age and mileage
• Tyre or brake wear
• A change in your own stock position, market view, or funding
• Anything visible in the listing photographs or stated in the listing

We record renegotiation activity per dealer. Repeated renegotiation outside the grounds above may result in reduced access, suspension, or removal from the Platform.

During the launch period, use of the Platform is free.

Thereafter, a buyer's fee of [AMOUNT / PERCENTAGE] becomes payable on each sale you win. The fee is payable on winning the sale, and remains payable whether or not the transaction later completes, completes at a renegotiated price, or is concluded off-platform between you and the Seller.

We will give reasonable notice before introducing or changing fees.

You must not use information obtained through the Platform to transact with a Seller outside it, to avoid fees, or to solicit Sellers directly. Seller contact details are provided solely to complete the specific sale you have won and must not be retained for marketing or added to any database.

Seller contact details, listing data, and offer data are confidential. You must not share, publish, resell, or scrape them. You must handle Seller personal data in accordance with UAE data protection law and use it only to complete the relevant transaction.

You must deal with Sellers professionally and honestly. Aggressive, misleading, or intimidating conduct toward Sellers is grounds for immediate removal. Sellers can report conduct concerns to us and we investigate them.

We may suspend or remove your account where you breach these Terms, where your trade licence is no longer valid, where you repeatedly renegotiate or fail to complete, or where your conduct risks harm to Sellers or to the Platform. We may retain records of your activity after removal.

Kego is not a party to any sale. We do not warrant the condition, description, title, or legality of any vehicle, and we do not guarantee that any Seller will complete a transaction. Our liability to you is limited as set out in the Kego Terms of Service.

These Dealer Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.
